Nigerian Gospel singer, Sinach is set to headline ‘Encounter Love
2019’, a highly anticipated youth concert slated for the University of
Ghana, Legon on the Sarbah Field on Sunday, September 15, 2019, at 5 pm.
Running under the theme “Experiencing Jesus,” the programme, per
organisers “aims at giving the youth an extraordinary experience that
promises to be a wonderful time to encounter the love, power, and
presence of God.”
This year’s edition of ‘Encounter Love’ is also the fourth. Over the
past fortnight, the hashtag #ItsHere has featured prominently across
social media.
The announcement of Sinach as the main performer has been met with
massive acclaim, with music lovers keen to hear the
multiple-award-winning act render uplifting hymns as “Way Maker”, “I
Know Who I Am”, “Great Are You Lord”, “Rejoice”, “He Did It Again”,
“Precious Jesus”, “The Name of Jesus”, “This Is my Season”, “Awesome
God”, “For This”, “I Stand Amazed”, “Simply Devoted” and “Jesus Is
Alive.”
Sinach is signed with Loveworld Records, and her ministry has seen
her make stops all over the globe, including South Africa, England,
Belgium, USA, Canada, Cyprus, Barbados, Kenya, Ghana, just to mention a
few.
Encounter Love is a free gospel musical concert which brings people
to the knowledge and power of Jesus Christ while allowing them to
experience the love of God through music and arts.
According to the organisers, every attendee of the previous editions
had great things about the program as their experience at the concert is
mind-blowing, noting that every edition is bigger and better.
There will also be various performances from different talent groups.
